Residence Requirement

"Residence" is defined as academic credit earned under the auspices of University of Alabama faculty members. A MINIMUM OF 30 SEMESTER HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA COLLEGE OF CONTINUING STUDIES EXTERNAL DEGREE PROGRAM. Residence hours include:"

• University of Alabama on-campus courses
• EXD Program learning contracts
• University of Alabama Independent Study and Online courses
• Prior learning credit awarded through the EXD Program
