Readmission:  If you have previously attended The University of Alabama, you must apply for Readmission.  The readmission application can be found on the academicoutreach.ua.edu website under the “Prospective Student” tab and then under the “forms” tab.  Please print the readmission form out, fill it in and return it with a check or money order in the amount of $15.00 to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.  That address is Box 870132, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35487-0132.
